The Cabana Hall is ONLY for members of the Pala Rancho HOA in good standing (or) AUTHORIZED tenants.
TENANTS will be REQUIRED to have their landlord complete the
FAQ:
Cost: $525 made payable in 2 payments
1st payment is non refundable due at reservation $225
2nd* payment $300
*Will be invoiced to the provided EMAIL ; sent the weekend before your event due on receipt.
You are responsible to pay this second invoice on receipt. Failure to do so WILL cancel your reservation.
After the 2nd* payment is completed the Facilities Manager or other Representative will email you to arrange access to the Cabana.
Additionally a $200 CASH ONLY security deposit is collected when you are given access to the Cabana.
This security deposit is a refundable reserve , when the keys are returned to the Facilities Manager AND if all conditions of the rental have been met the security deposit shall be returned.
Rentals are for 1 day = 8 am to 10 pm
Set up , Event and Clean up is expected during this time.
* Events excess of this time are subject to fine.
When planning your event capacity is limited to 75 persons.
There are 11 folding tables and 60 metal folding chairs
The tables measure 6ft x 3ft
You are expected to clean the facility.
